Therapy That Focuses
on You

Therapy Couch located in office of Chicago Minds therapy offices in Chicago's River North neighborhood where Katie Catalano practices

Whether you prefer to meet in-person because you can’t find a quiet, safe room to meet or you enjoy the act of going to a place and having the separation, Rooted Mosaic Therapy has the space for folks in the Chicagoland area to feel at ease and grounded. For those that prefer the cozy comfort of their own home with their favorite weighted blanket or have a tight schedule and can’t find the time to go to an office, I understand and can work with you, too.

No matter what you choose, this is flexible. Folks can switch between in-person and telehealth depending on your week or specific needs. You can even switch from in-person to telehealth the day of your session.

Where to Start

Understanding the cost is a big part of starting counseling. I never want anyone I work with to be surprised. Taking a second to determine if you are able to use insurance or out-of-network benefits helps you estimate what to expect to pay for sessions. For folks looking to pay privately and not use insurance, it’s important that you know the fee for a standard session up-front.

There are times when you need additional support between sessions or when you are between therapists, here are a few resources you can use:
