Individual Therapy
I believe every person has the right to a space that feels emotionally safe. My hope in working together is that you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you walk your path toward healing and self-understanding.
Together, we’ll explore what might be getting in the way of feeling grounded or connected, and we’ll make space for the emotions, memories, and parts of you that need attention. Many of the adults I work with grew up with emotionally immature parents and are navigating the long-term impact of those early dynamics. An IFS-informed, relational approach helps us understand the roles you took on -often perfectionism, caretaking, or people-pleasing -and gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing,” even though that’s often what brings people in; it’s about collaborating in a way that honors your inner wisdom and the complexity of your system. Sessions are paced with care and grounded in trauma-informed Internal Family Systems work for adults across Illinois.
Healing happens when we can feel seen and safe enough to explore what’s been hidden, and my goal is to help you cultivate that sense of safety and trust within yourself.

Consultation
As a lifelong learner, I believe that the most meaningful professional growth happens in connection with others. I offer clinical consultation for therapists who are curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and are seeking a supportive space to deepen their understanding of the model and its application in trauma-informed, relational work.
Much like my approach to therapy, consultation is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and care. Therapists deserve a space that feels steady and attuned - a space to reflect, explore the parts of themselves that arise in the therapy room, and consider how their internal system interacts with the systems of their clients. Together, we’ll slow down, make room for complexity, and look at cases through an IFS lens that honors both the therapist’s and client’s experience.
My hope is that each consultation supports you in practicing in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and true to your clinical voice. If this aligns with what you’re looking for, please contact me via email to schedule an introductory call.
