From a young age, I was drawn to being there for others. That instinct came, in part, from my own lived experiences of loss and uncertainty. I experienced firsthand how healing it can be to sit with a therapist who offers validation and connection.

I support adults navigating self-esteem challenges, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and identity exploration. Many of the individuals I work with grew up with emotionally immature parents and are seeking an IFS-informed therapist to help them understand how those early dynamics shaped their inner world and adult relationships. A large portion of my clients are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am committed to creating a space that is affirming, safe, and grounded in compassion.

I often describe our inner world as a garden - a place where both weeds and flowers can grow. Sometimes shame, self-criticism, or protective roles take up more space than authenticity or self-compassion. In therapy, my role is to help you tend to the parts of yourself that feel overworked or overlooked so your inner garden can feel more serene and grounded.

I am especially drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational approaches. These ways of working honor the complexity of who we are and create space for each part of your experience to be understood rather than judged. I believe in your courage, your creativity, and your capacity for growth - and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you deepen your connection to yourself through IFS therapy and relational healing.
